Hotlink website suck
I lost count on how many days I could not update my active10 list on the hotlink website. 2 weeks? or 3 weeks! Till this day the hotlink website still states that the service is temporarily down for maintenance. So do the hotlink e - statement. Talk about IT improving productivity ... just wasting my time.

it same goes with their e-statement. still can't view my statement on their site.
